Spline Arc was built on a simple idea: manufacturing small batches shouldn't require a $50,000 mold and a 12 week lead time.
We started with one printer and one belief: that a 3D printing farm in Houston could serve engineering teams and product companies who need real parts, fast. Today we run an FDM print farm producing runs of 10 to 500 units for clients across Texas and beyond.
Our Mission
To make small batch production accessible to any engineering team that needs real, functional parts without the tooling cost or the offshore wait. Our focus is on the work, not the marketing. We chase tolerances, not keywords.
