Core Competencies

Spline Arc LLC is a Houston based additive manufacturing shop built around industrial FDM 3D printing. We produce functional end use parts, jigs and fixtures, replacement components, enclosures, and low volume production runs for engineering teams, maintenance groups, and government buyers. Work moves through a single print farm under one point of contact, so quoting, printing, finishing, and inspection all stay in house instead of being brokered out to an anonymous marketplace of hobby machines.

We accept STEP and STL geometry, review each file for wall thickness, tolerance intent, and load direction, and then advise on the material and orientation that will actually survive the application. When a drawing calls for a feature that additive cannot hold, we say so before the job starts and propose a route that will hold, whether that means a design tweak, a printed insert pocket, or post process machining of a critical face.

Materials and Process

Our standard material library covers PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, TPE, PC, PA, PET, and PPS. That range lets us match parts to real service conditions: PETG and ABS for general purpose brackets and housings, ASA for outdoor and UV exposed hardware, PC for heat and impact, PA and PET for wear surfaces and living hinges, TPU and TPE for gaskets, bumpers, and grips, and PPS for chemical and elevated temperature service. Layer heights, wall counts, and infill are selected per part rather than left at a default profile, and we document the settings used so a repeat order comes back the same.

Finishing options include support removal and cleanup, drilled and tapped holes, heat set inserts, light sanding, adhesive assembly of multi piece geometry, and labeling or marking for kitted deliveries. Parts are dimensionally checked against the supplied model before they ship, and we keep the print records for the run so a later batch matches the first.

How We Work With Buyers

There is no minimum order. One part, twenty parts, or a recurring monthly release all go through the same intake. Quotes are returned within 24 hours of receiving usable geometry, and production lead time is confirmed per project once material, quantity, and finishing are locked. For sustainment work we can hold a validated print profile so future releases skip the engineering conversation entirely.

Government and prime contractor buyers can order through SAM.gov registration with an active CAGE Code and UEI on file. We are a small, woman owned business, we handle controlled drawings with ITAR awareness, and we are comfortable working to a statement of work, a purchase order, or a simple emailed drawing package. Local Houston area customers are welcome to arrange pickup, and we ship nationwide for everyone else. Our Houston facility provides FDM 3D printing service to manufacturers, engineers, and procurement teams across Texas and nationwide.

Our production facility serves government and industrial procurement teams across Texas.

We also offer dedicated small batch manufacturing for production runs from 10 to 500 units.
